  • This emotional abuse is recognized by courts as harmful to both the child and the alienated parent.

Systemic Disparities in Support

  • Women fleeing DV can access up to $5,000 through Escaping Violence Payment, including $1,500 immediate cash.
  • Women receive housing, legal aid, therapy, and ongoing support workers.
  • Men? They’re often only offered anger management programs.
